An example of menu/submenu function

As seen on fuzioned forums, but I think the way the menu is generated is very inefficient - perhaps ok for small menus. It would be better to write out more semantic HTML - an unordered list perhaps.

LOOP COUNT: 12

But you can see by the LOOP COUNT (the number of loop iterations in the printPage() and printMenu() functions) that it is a tad inefficient - IT IS NOW MORE EFFICIENT, USING ARRAY LOOKUP INSTEAD OF TRAVERSAL
