Assigning events from within another event

Specifically... assigning an onmouseover event to an element in the onmouseout event of that element, so that when a page loads the onmouseover event will not immediately fire.

TEST... Position the mouse over the image below then hit [F5] to refresh the page. The onmouseout event should be assigned. When you move the mouse off the image the onmouseout event should fire and the onmouseover event should be assigned (removing the onmouseout event). Move back over the image to activate the onmouseover event.
